Unless otherwise specified, all payments are non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.
All content, trademarks, branding, software, and materials available on marvalion.live are the exclusive property of MARVALION or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. MARVALION makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARVALION shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to marvalion.live at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or competent courts as determined by MARVALION. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
